I love ginger
I just cannot get enough of it. Raw, pickled or flavored, I’m all in. So when my lovely Natalie bought me a tuna steak, my only thought was, “How do I cook this with ginger?”. Like so:
- Grate 1 inch cube of ginger
- Add 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- Add juice from 2 limes
- Add 1 clove garlic, minced
Sauté tuna in oil until comfortably cooked. Remove from heat, cover with ginger sauce, and eat!
